Yes, we have an onsite service centre or we can arrange for our coffee technicians to come to you.
What models of coffee machines do you repair & service?
We can repair and service most types of coffee machines.
We can also provide spare parts or replacement parts for most machines.
Do all your products include GST?
No. Coffee, tea and drinking chocolate are GST free.
All other products are inclusive of GST.
What are your opening hours?
Our warehouse outlet is open 9am-12pm, Monday to Friday.

What happens if an item is damaged in transit?
We will replace the item if our investigations show that the item was damaged during transit.

Flat rate shipping of $13.50*
Delivery costs will be added when checking out and before you confirm payment if applicable.
