This is a robust black tea blend made for mornings, with a malty body that holds up well to milk. Use one heaped teaspoon per cup with freshly boiled water and steep for 3 to 5 minutes, longer for a stronger cuppa. A teapot or infuser with plenty of room lets the leaves unfurl properly, which gives a fuller flavour than a tea bag. Store the leaves in an airtight container away from light, heat and strong smells.
