What happens if an item is damaged in transit?
We will replace the item if our investigations show that the item was damaged during transit.

Our warehouse outlet is open 9am-12pm, Monday to Friday.

Do all your products include GST?
No. Coffee, tea and drinking chocolate are GST free.
All other products are inclusive of GST.
What models of coffee machines do you repair & service?
We can repair and service most types of coffee machines.
We can also provide spare parts or replacement parts for most machines.
Do you service coffee machines on site?
Yes, we have an onsite service centre or we can arrange for our coffee technicians to come to you.
Are you able to do standing orders for roasters and coffee shops?
Yes we do.
Are you able to custom roast?
Yes, we can. We are more than happy to work with you to freshly roast your custom blend.
