Do you ship Australia-wide?

What are your delivery or freight charges?

 

Flat rate shipping of $12.50*
* (subject to reasonable product weight and remote distances)

Delivery costs will be added when checking out and before you confirm payment if applicable.

 

How secure is your online store?

 

The online store is protected by a SSL (secure sockets layer) certificate which means all data transmission between the website and you, will be encrypted irrespective of the devices (desktop, tablet, smartphone) you are using.

What happens if an item is damaged in transit?

We will replace the item if our investigations show that the item was damaged during transit.

You have a warehouse in Melbourne. May we come in person?

Yes, you’re most welcome. Please call  0423 795 529 to confirm.

What are your opening hours?

Our warehouse outlet is open 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

Please call ahead to ensure someone is available to assist you as sometimes we are out on site, phone 0423 795 529.

Do all your products include GST?

No. Coffee, tea and drinking chocolate are GST free.

All other products are inclusive of GST.

What models of coffee machines do you repair & service?

We can repair and service most types of coffee machines.

We can also provide spare parts or replacement parts for most machines.
