The aluminium upper chamber – the same material as the classic Moka – combined with a steel boiler, compatible with induction hobs.

The Moka Induction pairs Bialetti’s aluminium upper chamber with a steel boiler, so it works on induction cooktops as well as gas and electric. It brews a strong, rich coffee just like the original Moka Express.
Fill the base with water to just below the safety valve, fill the basket with medium fine ground coffee without tamping, then heat on medium. Take it off the heat as soon as it starts to gurgle. Rinse with warm water only and avoid the dishwasher. Replace the gasket and filter plate every year or so. See more from Bialetti and our stovetop range.
