Ms Jade was kind and explained the details re: the coffee machine. Cares for her customers. After purchase, the Gaggia was working fine, the espresso shot being excellent 👌 for the first 3-4 days. After that, the espresso started blonding within 5 seconds. This is after trying 10 different grinds. This is poor quality espresso. So, the review on the quality of the Gaggia espresso stands suspended, for now, until Gaggia fixes it or replaces it. I will update this review, after trying espresso shots. [when the machine is fixed by Gaggia Melbourne]. Hoping the Gaggia lives upto its expectation and its price tag of A$920. I have tried espresso with my other KMart $120 machine and a decent Breville machine and they are continually excellent with no let downs like this Gaggia. Fingers X.

We purchased a coffee machine last year and have been so so happy with it. Barista standard coffee at home! Amazing guidance on the purchase, set up, training (barista tips and demo and maintenance and cleaning) and post purchase support has been amazing too. The coffee is also the best we have tried.
